1. About the platform and these Terms

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Nekret9 platform, operated by the sole trader Aldin Rizvanović, operating under the business name NEKRET9 (hereinafter: Nekret9, we or us), available at www.nekret9.com.

By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

Nekret9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after publication of changes implies acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. User account

The platform is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information upon registration and to keep it updated. Nekret9 is not liable for any damage resulting from the provision of inaccurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. You are required to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at: support@nekret9.com

3. Users

User account registration is free of charge. Users may browse properties, communicate with partners and publish rental properties.

Users may have up to 3 active rental properties at any given time. Each property is subject to review and approval by the Nekret9 team before becoming visible on the platform.

4. Partners

Partner accounts (agent, agency, investor) require manual verification by the Nekret9 team. Nekret9 reserves the right to refuse or revoke verification without providing a reason.

Partners are responsible for the accuracy of all information they submit on the platform, including licence numbers, tax identification numbers (PIB) and company registration numbers (MB). Submission of inaccurate or outdated information may result in suspension or permanent blocking of the account.

5. Subscription plans

Publishing properties and accessing advanced platform features require an active subscription plan. Subscriptions are charged in advance for the selected period (monthly or annually).

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Nekret9 will notify you of the upcoming renewal 7 days and 3 days before the renewal date via email.

If an invoice remains unpaid 7 days after the issue date, your properties will be automatically hidden from the platform and access to create, edit and delete operations will be disabled. Read-only access to your data and properties remains available.

If you cancel your subscription, Nekret9 will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the billing period. No refund is issued in the event of termination due to a breach of these Terms.

6. Content and properties

You retain ownership of the content you publish on the platform (text, photos, descriptions). By publishing content, you grant Nekret9 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display, reproduce and index that content for the purpose of providing the platform service.

You are required to ensure that the content you publish is accurate, up-to-date and compliant with applicable law. Publishing false, misleading or unlawful properties is prohibited.

Nekret9 reserves the right to remove or hide any property without prior notice if, in our assessment, it violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

7. Prohibited conduct

The following activities are prohibited on the platform:

Publishing false, misleading or duplicate properties
Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
Unsolicited messages, spam or harassment of other users
Automated data collection (scraping, bots) without Nekret9's written consent
Any action that disrupts the security, integrity or availability of the platform
Using the platform for unlawful purposes

8. Moderation and termination

Nekret9 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove content, temporarily suspend or permanently block any account that violates these Terms.

In the event of termination due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

You may close your account at any time through the account settings on the platform. Closing your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — a separate cancellation request must be submitted.

9. Disclaimer of liability

Nekret9 is a platform that connects users and partners. Nekret9 is not a party to any transaction between users and partners and accepts no liability for the accuracy of information in properties, the conduct of users, or the outcome of any transaction.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Nekret9 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and accepts no liability for damage arising from temporary unavailability, errors or loss of data.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. For all disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, the Basic Court in Novi Pazar shall have jurisdiction.

12. Accepted payment cards

We accept all validly presented payment cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and DinaCard. All valid card types and payment methods are treated equally, without favouring or marginalising any particular card brand or payment method. Card payments are processed by OTP banka Srbija a.d. Novi Sad, and transactions are further secured by the Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check (3-D Secure) programmes.

13. Prices and currency

All prices on the platform are shown and charged in Serbian dinars (RSD). The final amount charged is shown in RSD on the payment page.

All payments are made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia — the dinar (RSD). Any prices shown informatively in other currencies use the National Bank of Serbia middle exchange rate. The amount debited from your card will be expressed in your local currency, converted at the rate used by the card organisations, which we cannot know at the moment of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price shown on our site.

14. Delivery of the service

Nekret9 provides digital advertising services only. Once the bank confirms a payment, the purchased advertising credits are added to your account automatically and any subscription is activated immediately — typically within moments. A record of every payment is available in your account under Invoices. There is no physical delivery of goods and no geographic delivery restrictions.

15. Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment-card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form. At no point are your payment-card details available to our system.

16. Complaints

For any question or complaint regarding a payment or the service, write to support@nekret9.com quoting your invoice number. We will respond to a submitted complaint in writing or electronically within 8 days of receipt and inform you of the next steps.

17. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a pending invoice at any time before paying it: no charge is made and no advertising credits are issued.

Because advertising credits and subscriptions are digital services delivered immediately, paid advertising credits are generally non-refundable once added to your account. If you were charged in error, or a payment was taken but the service was not delivered, contact us within 14 days; we will investigate and, where justified, refund the transaction.

Anything paid by payment card must, in the event of a refund, be returned to that card account. Refunds are made exclusively via the VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and DinaCard payment methods, in dinars, through OTP banka Srbija, by reversing (refunding) the original transaction.

18. Value Added Tax (VAT)

Aldin Rizvanović PR Agencija za nekretnine NEKRET9 Novi Pazar is not in the VAT system.

19. Right of unilateral withdrawal

A consumer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without stating a reason. The unilateral-withdrawal form is available on request by writing to support@nekret9.com.

Exception: advertising credits and subscriptions are digital content/services delivered immediately. By requesting a top-up and accepting these terms, the consumer expressly agrees that the service begins before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal for the service already delivered (used).

20. The nature of advertising credits

Advertising credits are prepaid units used exclusively for advertising services on the Nekret9 platform. Advertising credits:

are not money,
are not electronic money,
are not a general means of payment,
can be used exclusively for advertising services provided by Nekret9,
cannot be used with other merchants,
cannot be used to buy goods or services from third parties,
cannot be transferred to another user account,
cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary value, except where a refund is required by applicable regulations.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies by our Cookie Policy, both available on the platform and forming an integral part of these terms of use.
