Payment & Refunds

1. Accepted payment methods

Card payments on Nekret9 are processed through OTP banka Srbija a.d. Novi Sad. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard payment cards.

Payments are used to top up platform advertising credits and, for partner (broker) accounts, to pay subscription plans. Advertising credits never expire and are used to publish and promote listings.

2. Secure payment

All card payments are entered on the bank's secure hosted payment page. Your card details are submitted directly to the bank and are never stored or processed on Nekret9's servers.

Card data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and protected by the 3-D Secure programmes Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check, which add an extra layer of cardholder authentication.

3. Currency and conversion

All amounts on Nekret9 are expressed and charged in Serbian dinars (RSD).

If your payment card is denominated in a currency other than the dinar, the transaction amount is converted into your card's currency by your card issuer or the relevant card association, at the exchange rate applicable on the day of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, the amount charged to your account may differ slightly from the amount displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery of service

Nekret9 sells digital services only. Once the bank confirms a payment, the purchased advertising credits are added to your account automatically and any subscription is activated immediately — typically within moments. A record of every payment is available in your account under Invoices.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a pending invoice at any time before paying it: no charge is made and no advertising credits are issued.

Because advertising credits and subscriptions are digital services delivered immediately, paid advertising credits are generally non-refundable once added to your account. If you were charged in error, or a payment was taken but the advertising credits or subscription were not delivered, contact us within 14 days; we will investigate and, where justified, refund the transaction.

Approved refunds are returned exclusively to the payment card used for the original transaction, in dinars, via OTP banka Srbija — VISA, EC/MC and Maestro refunds are processed solely through the bank's refund flow.

6. Complaints

For any question or complaint about a payment, email support@nekret9.com and include your invoice number. We aim to respond within 8 days.
