What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our platform. We use them to ensure the proper functioning of the platform, to analyse usage patterns and to display relevant content.
1. Necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. They include cookies for authentication and session security.

Our own visitor statistics
Alongside Google Analytics and the Facebook Pixel, we keep our own visitor statistics, which run on our servers. They record which page was visited, which source and campaign you arrived from (including the ad click identifier), which country you are in, what type of device, operating system and browser you use (and whether the site was opened inside another app, e.g. Instagram), which language you read the site in, how long you stayed on the page and how far you scrolled. We do not store your name, your email or your IP address — the IP address is used only at the moment of the visit to determine the country, and is then kept solely in an irreversibly hashed form. This data is deleted automatically after one year.
For these statistics we use the “sid” cookie — a randomly generated number that contains none of your details. It exists so the same visitor is not counted twice and so we can tell which website or campaign brought a visitor who later sends an enquiry. That is why it is set without your consent: it cannot tell us who you are, and it cannot follow you to other websites.

2. Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the platform. All data is anonymised. These cookies are activated only with your consent.

3. Marketing cookies
We use Facebook Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and display relevant ads. These cookies are activated only with your consent.

When cookies become active
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics and marketing cookies are not activated until you explicitly accept them.
If you visit from Serbia or another country outside that area, analytics and marketing cookies are active from the start of your visit, and we tell you so in a notice on the site. You can switch them off at any time — using “Turn off” in that notice, or the “Cookie settings” button in the footer of every page. We remember and respect your choice on every later visit.
Managing cookies
You can change or withdraw your preferences at any time: use the "Cookie settings" button below (also in the footer of every page) to reopen the cookie banner with your current choices. You can also manage cookies directly in your browser settings.
